"As the confidence coach for students, Dale’s ambition to impact over 1 million students worldwide is coming to fruition. Speaking in Parliament on the issues surrounding, mental health, low self-esteem and a confidence crisis in schools earlier last year, Dale has raised awareness of this need in schools. He has also been featured on Radio, local newspapers and Global Men's Magazine.

Low confidence in students will ultimately have a knock effect with their mental health thus not only effecting their school life but their life in general.

Prior to Dale becoming an international coach and speaker he has had over a decade in secondary and primary teaching experience. Teaching Science, PE and becoming head of department in his penultimate teaching school. As well as being the soul creator of the Refocus Unit, a safe haven for students to have their basic social and emotional needs met, in his final teaching school, impacting the flow of the school day significantly.
